<p>Rafli Store in Tarailu Village offers accessories products with various products, such as jewelry (earrings or studs, necklaces, bracelets, brooches), scarves, belts, suspenders, ties, scarves, gloves, handkerchiefs, bags, hats, glasses , belts, watches and pins, in addition to accessories, the Rafli Shop in Tarailu Village also offers game products for children aged three to six years such as picture puzzles, legos, rubik's cubes, dolls, stationery, musical instruments and many other types and kinds of children's games that consumers you can get it at the Rafli Shop in Tarailu Village in Mamuju Regency.</p> <p>The method used is a qualitative method by conducting direct interviews at the research site. There are several alternative data analyzes that can be used, namely: descriptive qualitative, descriptive comparative, qualitative or non-hypothetical. The General Company Office of the Mamuju Branch of the Logistics Affairs Agency, which carries out the duties as a food safety guard, has 15 employees. The problem that appears in the General Company of the Mamuju Branch of Logistics Affairs is in its distribution, such as where the lack of distribution to consumers results in long stored rice stocks which result in rice damage so that it can harm the company itself.</em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <p><em>This study aims to confirm the analysis of rice inventory management at the General Logistics Affairs Agency (Bulog) Mamuju Branch. The research method used is a qualitative method with primary and secondary data collection. The analytical instrument used is the analysis of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), safety stock (Safety Stock) and Reorder Point (ROP) at the General Logistics Affairs Agency (Bulog) Mamuju Branch.</em></p> <p><strong><em> </em></strong></p> <p><em>Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the data carried out, the optimal order quantity results for July-December 2021 are 52 tons and for January-June 2022 as many as 58 tons. <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>A number of empirical literature and research results have explained that brand loyalty is a conscious or unconscious consumer decision which is expressed through behavior or intention to repurchase a brand continuously, it occurs because consumers feel that the brand offers actual product features, image, or level of quality at a real price. This paper aims to explore theoretical and empirical frameworks about the effect of shopping orientation, buying criteria and self-image on brand loyalty. The research model that will be used is a replication of the model developed by. by Oh. J and Fiorito. S.S (2002) entitled "Korea woman's Clothing Brand loyalty". The resulting model identified 3 independent variables namely: shopping orientation, purchasing criteria and self-image and 1 dependent variable namely: brand loyalty. The model was analyzed using multiple regression methods. The results of this research show that multiple regression can explain the factors that influence brand loyalty. Based on a sample of 100 respondents from 4 hypotheses, it shows that shopping orientation, purchasing criteria and self-image have a positive effect on brand loyalty.</p>Jamaludin KamarudinNursiah Nursiah

<p><em>Government agencies are organizations consisting of a collection of people specially selected to carry out state duties as a form of service to the community. The goals of government agencies can be achieved if they are able to manage, mobilize and utilize their human resources effectively and efficiently because human resources are the central figure who is the driving force for the management of policies and operational activities of an organization. The realization of organizational goals does not only depend on modern technology and complete facilities, but also depends more on employees as executors of these tasks. Employees are those who drive the system in a government organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Kalukku District Office. The method used is a quantitative method with primary data collection through questionnaires. The sample used in this study was 70 employees. Data processing techniques by testing research instruments using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis and t (partial) test and correlation coefficient analysis (r). The formulation of the problem in this research is to see the extent to which training and organizational culture are able to create reliable performance and employees who have good performance as a result can compete and survive from their competitors. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of training and organizational culture significantly on the work of members at PT. Wahana Karya Sejahtera Mandiri. The research results found . training has more dominant influence than organizational culture. It is shown that PT. The Wahana Karya Sejahtera Mandiri in Central Mamuju Regency is still low. One of the contributing factors is the lack of consistency in implementing the company's organizational culture every day. <p><em>This research was conducted at the Department of Environment and Hygiene in Mamuju Regency, with the aim of knowing the influence of organizational climate and organizational culture on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, as well as the most dominant correlation. This study uses a quantitative survey method approach, with a questionnaire tool distributed to respondents. Sampling used saturated sampling technique, the respondents of this study were all human resources with the status of 44 Civil Servants and 10 Employees with Employment Agreements, with a total of 54 respondents. Data management uses SPSS, the first data processing technique tests the quality of the research instrument using validity and reliability tests, the analytical tool used multiple linear regression, then to test the hypothesis using a partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test), and to find out contribution correlation using the coefficient of determination (R2).</em> <em>The results of this study prove that organizational climate and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance, then the correlation contribution value of organizational climate is 23.6% and organizational culture is 31.8 meaning that organizational culture is more dominant in influencing improvement the performance of the employees of the Mamuju Regency Environmental and Sanitation Office.</em></p>Muh Ferils

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah produk, harga dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Rahmat Cell di Kabupaten Mamuju? dan Variabel manakah yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Rahmat Cell di Kabupaten Mamuju?. Adapun jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Kuantitatif dan data Data Kualitatif. Sumber data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini tediri dari data primer dan sekunder. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 40. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Realibilitas dan Analisis Regresi berganda dengan bantuan <em>SPSS Program</em><em>. </em>Hasil uji regresi linear berganda secara parsial menunjukkan produk dengan nilai signifikan 0,014 < 0,05, harga dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05, dan lokasi dengan nilai signifikan 0,070 > 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun lokasi berpengruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone pada Toko Rahmat Cell di Kabupaten Mamuju. Variabel harga yang paling dominan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian <em>smartphone</em> pada Toko Rahmat Cell di Kabupaten Mamuju, karena nilai signifikannya paling kecil yaitu 0,000 dengan nilai <em>Standardized Coefficients</em> Beta paling tinggi yaitu 0,911.</p>Muh Tahir

<p>Human resources are the only organizational assets that breathe or live besides other assets that do not breathe or are material in nature such as capital, buildings, office equipment machines, inventory, and so on. The uniqueness of human resource assets requires management that is different from other assets, because these assets have thoughts, feelings and behaviors, so that if managed properly they can actively contribute to the progress of the institution. Researchers used the method of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solution) computerized program. The results of the partial test using multiple linear regression show that the motivation variable has a significant value of 0.004 <0.05 and the organizational climate variable has a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, while the simultaneous test shows an Fcount value of 12.094 with a significant level of 0.000. Thus it is stated that motivation and organizational climate have a significant effect on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency Trade Service Office. <p><em>This study aims at the impact of work discipline, job satisfaction on implementation through work motivation at the Bawaslu office, Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. This examination is directed to use a quantitative methodology which is expected to clarify the situation of the factors considered and the relationship between one variable and another. The population in this review is the Mamuju Bawaslu sample and 8 Panwascam in Mamuju District, up to 100 people. The testing test instrument used is an investigative method using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 program. The research results show that 1). Work discipline has a critical constructive outcome on representative practices. 2). Work motivation has important results that are useful in representative execution. 3) Fulfillment Work did not have a critical constructive outcome on . 4). Fulfillment work did not have major beneficial results on motivation. 5). Work motivation has very beneficial results in representative execution. 6). Work Discipline in MPerformance through worker motivation shows that work discipline has very beneficial results in implementation when interrupted by motivation. 7). Businesses must know what the expectations and needs of consumers are now or in the future. Compare products with each other, get information either through advertisements or recommendations from the public, and choose to buy. The process by which a buyer purchases or acquires an item is referred to as a product. The number of consumers who buy goods in this study cannot be determined. The research sample was 100 people who were surveyed or buyers who bought Nike shoes in the city of Jepara. A sampling method called purposive was used to give questionnaires to customers in Jepara who buy "NIKE" brand shoes by considering or comparing among others: consumers who buy "NIKE" brand shoes in Jepara who live in Jepara city, aged 17 years and over, and at least have bought "NIKE" brand shoes in Jepara. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of green marketing and brand perception on consumer decisions to buy le minerale beverage products in city X. This type of research is explanatory research, taking samples through nonprobability sampling technique. These data were carried out and retrieved through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers who love le mineral products. This research uses quantitative methods. With a t value of 10.077 > 1.98525 (t table) and a sig value of 0.000, the findings of this study indicate that green marketing variables influence consumer decisions to buy Le Minerale products. With a t value of 9.010 > 1.98525 (t table), the findings of the brand image variable indicate that brand image has a significant effect on consumer decisions to buy Le Minerale products. In addition, green marketing and brand perception, with a calculated f value of 70.954> 3.09 (F table), have a considerable impact on purchasing decisions. However, the green marketing variable, which is equivalent to 51.9% of the total, has a stronger influence than the brand image variable. <p><em>The development of the Corruption Free Area Integrity Zone (ZI-WBK) is a miniature implementation of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia. ZI-WBK development activities are implemented in government agencies with the aim of creating a bureaucratic work culture that is anti-corruption, high-performing, and able to provide quality public services. This study aims to determine the effect of ZI-WBK implementation on service performance at the Jakarta II State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). This study used a descriptive qualitative method with interviews conducted on KPKNL Jakarta II employees, participant observation, documentation studies, and questionnaires. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence from the implementation of ZI-WBK development activities on the performance of services provided to stakeholders. <p><em>Advances in technology encourage people to do activities quickly and practically. One important aspect of modern life is the selection of fast food or drinks. This study aims to determine the effect of purchasing decisions on the McDonald's promo menu and to identify and analyze McDonald's promotional strategies to influence prospective customers' purchases. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by observing and interviewing McDonald's leaders and employees and their customers. The results of the study show that the dominant factors that influence consumers in purchasing products at McDonald's are price and promotion factors. <p><em>In the context of PT. Surya Jaya Cargo (J&T Ekspress Sampit) which is located at Jl. MT. Haryono, Kel. Mentawa Baru Hulu, Kec. Mentawa Baru Ketapang, East Kotawaringin District, Central Kalimantan Province, this study attempts to identify and analyze the impact of giving incentives to couriers (sprinters) and providing work motivation. Qualitative methodologies and descriptive research designs were used in this study. The research data was collected through observation, interviews, literature study, and analysis. Manager of PT. Surya Jaya Cargo (J&T Ekspress Sampit) must be able to inspire and motivate its employees to work effectively, enthusiastically and thoroughly if they want to increase work productivity. In taking the sample, the Saturated Sample method/Census Method is applied, which is a technique for determining a sample where all members of the population are selected as samples. <p><em>The purpose of this research is to examine promotion strategies through Instagram social media by Senja Coffee and Kitchen in increasing post-pandemic sales. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach involving observation and in-depth interviews. A total of 10 respondents were involved in this study, namely parties related to Senja Coffee and Kitchen. The data obtained from this research provides valuable insight into the promotion strategy that has been implemented by Senja Coffee and Kitchen, including the promotional stages used to maximize marketing. The results of the study show that the promotion strategy for Senja Coffee and Kitchen through social media Instagram is very effective in increasing visibility, attractiveness and sales at Senja Coffee and Kitchen in Jember. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of utilizing social media, especially Instagram, as an effective means of promotion for coffee shop businesses.
